What Kind of Second Booster Vaccine Do You Use? Don’t be silly, this is the Indonesian Ministry of Health’s Guide

Jakarta

The Indonesian Ministry of Health has officially set a policy for the second COVID-19 booster vaccine or fourth dose as of January 29, 2022. The government prioritizes health workers as recipients of the second COVID-19 booster vaccine, after it was reported that two doctors died in the new wave of Omicron.

The analysis of the second booter COVID-19 vaccine has passed the consideration of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM RI) and the Indonesian Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (ITAGI). The second booster COVID-19 vaccine is believed to be able to increase antibodies that may fade after six months of being vaccinated with the first booster.
