Abla Kamel has decided to retire silently, has not responded or commented on rumors of his retirement or the reasons for his absence, and has also maintained his lifelong habit of boycotting the media.
However, the captain of the actors, Ashraf Zaki, tried to interpret and clarify the image, when he recently appeared on a television program to talk about some important issues, including a question about the artist Abla Kamel and the reasons for his absence .
She emphasized that her decision to stay away from art was her personal decision, noting that they tried to communicate with and pressure her, but she always responded by saying, “God willing, what is good in it will be provided by our Lord.”

Then she revealed that she knew that there was a close friend of Abla Kamel from outside the art community who passed away which put her in a state of great sadness because of what happened.
