Ways to maintain dental hygiene

The dentist confirmed that there are ways to follow to maintain dental hygiene, to avoid negative impacts on the stomach and digestive system, and they include the following:

The rinse should be used to eliminate any bacteria present in the teeth or gums.

Reduce your intake of sweets and sugars.
