Dr. Sherif Mokhtar, professor of cardiology and pioneer of intensive care medicine, said some patients complain of tingling in the heart, somewhat similar to needle sticks, adding that this is due to the presence of some muscle or rheumatic pain.

Mokhtar explained, during a live broadcast with the “Consulto” website, that the muscular or rheumatic pains that cause a heart attack start from some climatic changes.
The cardiology professor added that there is a relationship between chest tingling and digestive problems, as signals between the digestive system and the chest are transmitted through a common nerve between them that feeds them both, and therefore when a problem occurs. in one area, it affects the other.
