Can anyone tell the difference between comets, asteroids, meteoroids and meteors?
If we search the internet for images of comets, asteroids, meteoroids, and meteors, they will all look the same, rock-shaped, and some have light.
But it turns out that these four celestial bodies are very different from each other, you know.
Some of them fly across the sky, others orbit the sun, others collide with planets or other celestial bodies.
Well, objects that collide with planets are then called “shooting stars.”
