Campus-Campus friends who are still in school already have a NISN? Already know what is the use of NISN? Then how to check NISN?

The National Student Identification Number (NISN) is a student identification code that is unique, standard and valid for all time. This NISN identification code can distinguish one student from another in all Indonesian Schools and Indonesian Schools Abroad.

Quoted from IG @pustekkom_kemdikbud, NISN is given to every student who attends an Education Unit who has a National School Registration Number (NPSN) and is registered with the Ministry of Education and Culture Reference.

Aside from being an identifier of student identity, NISN is also used as an attribute of integration in the implementation of educational programs for students.

Use of NISN for

• School operational assistance

• Education Operational Assistance

• Smart Indonesia Program

• Selection of State Universities

• and other Government Programs.

NISN is issued by the Pusdatin Kemendikbudristek automatically through the system, as long as the student identities recorded on the Dapodik application match those recorded in the Population Master Data. The NISN and student identities can also be corrected by the education unit operator through the vervalpd.data.kemdikbud.go.id page or by calling number 177 for the information service center and one-stop service assistance for the Kemendikbudristek Integrated Service Unit (ULT).
