“What is my fault, wait for it?”…Watch…a Kuwaiti journalist commenting on a parliamentary proposal to close shops at the time of prayer!

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Kuwaiti media, Sabah, commented on the Kuwaiti parliament’s proposal to close shops during Friday prayers, noting that it is against closing shops.

She said, “Most of our workers are not Muslims. It is unreasonable that there is a shop that has 4 workers, all of whom are Muslims. Why do they get drunk?”

And she continued: “I have a special principle in me, which is that (work is worship), when someone goes to pray and gets drunk in his place, what is my fault?

She added: “I am against closing shops, and this is my principle. The workers we have are approximately 75% of them are not Muslims. Why do they intoxicate shops?”
