Materials you need:
Custom dye brush, hand gloves
A lightening pack containing a hair lightening powder, it is preferable to choose it in an ash-blonde color, especially if you have dark hair, to avoid the formation of any unwanted coppery colors.
Deep moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
For hair care after applying balayage to it:
Moisturizing hair oil.
Thermoprotective spray.
Hairdryer.
How to apply balayage on hair:
-Before you start, make sure you apply balayage to a small strand of hair to see how long it takes for your hair to reach your desired color.
Section the hair: Part the hair, lift the top section and place the rest on the front of the head.
Prepare the Mixture: Open the lightening package and prepare the lightening mixture according to the instructions on the package and don’t forget to wear protective gloves to protect your hands.
– Dye your hair: apply the dye on the special dye brush and make sure to cover all the hairs of the brush with the hair dye.
-Start with the balayage: Gently brush the brush through the hair from the middle of the hair strands to the ends on both sides, then turn around and apply the dye to the hair from the back, additional amounts should be applied to the ends of the hair, and some additional amounts should be put on some clumps to get a lighter, shinier color in places.
Repeat the Process: Repeat the process on the rest of the remaining sections of hair and be sure to apply the dye to the hair in several spots and dots. This is done by putting a larger amount of hair dye onto the dye brush and then applying it to those tufts.
Detangle hair: After you have finished dyeing all sections of hair, pass the brush through the hair and comb it from top to bottom, then leave the dye on the hair according to the instructions on the package. The time is from 20 -50 minutes, and this depends on the natural color of your hair and the color you want to achieve, so wash your hair with moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
– Dry your hair: dry your hair with a hair dryer and first you can put a nourishing oil on your hair, then spray some heat protection hair spray, then use a hair dryer like the one you use in a hairdresser, and so on your hair is ready.
