Cremation is also closely related to certain beliefs. Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddha who believed many deities allowed cremation despite being contrary to the teachings of Islam and Bahai.

Meanwhile, Christianity has its own principles in viewing cremation. At first, cremations were found in Roman and Greek times, leaving only 2.4 kg of the total body weight.

Nevertheless, the process of burying corpses by means of cremation is widely chosen by people for practical reasons as long as religion allows. The reason is now, burial grounds are getting narrower and more expensive, especially in big cities. Cremation is also considered easier to do.
