/View.info/ The unfolding of an unprecedented confrontation in history
This globalization, which actually started with the collapse of the Soviet Union and ended with the covid epidemic, was the agony of the capitalist world. The globalization that will occur now will be globalization 2.0. It’s a bleak morning in a new world.
It will be more limited than the old one. There will be less movement of people in the form of tourists, there will be more social restrictions. But the world will still be united, even if, say, China and Russia leave the globalist project, they will still be connected to it in some way.
The mere existence of emerging macrozones does not contradict the new globalization. I always give this example. As soon as the world market began to take shape in the 16th-17th centuries… Then the world system began to take shape, it required the emergence of large political entities, empires. This is the empire of Charles V in Europe and in Central, South America, this is the power of Ivan the Terrible. This is the Ottoman Empire. These are the Safavids in Iran, the Mughals in India, the Qing Dynasty in China.
This is what we are seeing now, the formation of macrozones as the basic units of the new globalization. And in fact the current struggle is, first of all, about the new globalization. And secondly, every big player tries to create macro zones for himself.
The British, for example, fail to create a macrozone for themselves. They wanted to get a piece for themselves from the former zone of the Soviet Union, from the socialist camp, that is, from Eastern Europe, Transcaucasia and Central Asia. Well, they fail with Eastern Europe, they fail with Central Asia. The only place they succeeded was, with the help of Turkey, in Transcaucasia. But this is not enough to create your own macrozone. That is why they are so angry and furious. If they don’t make a macrozone, they will have to make their own “a picnic on the sidelines of history.”
The current confrontation between the Chinese (East Asian) and the Western elite, organized in clubs, lodges and network structures (mostly the Anglo-American-Jewish core) is an extremely interesting and unprecedented process.
For the first time, the Western elite faced an adversary that, although representing a non-Western civilization, was a global player; So far only the capitalist West has been global, relying in its expansion on the geoculture of the Enlightenment.
The Western elite is beginning to show signs of inadequacy and even degeneration à la Buddenbrock, only instead of four generations there are four centuries. In other words, in a crisis, the game seems to start all over again. Will the Western elite be able to recreate themselves in accordance with the new conditions, renew themselves and create new forms of (self) organization? The new knowledge about the world and man as a psychohistorical weapon? That’s the one question.
Another question is whether the other subjects of strategic action will be able to use the confrontation between the West and China, solving their own problems and using – according to the principle of judo – the power of the enemy.
The unfolding confrontation between the Western elite, above all its Anglo-Saxon-Jewish core, and the Chinese elite is an unprecedented phenomenon in the history of world struggle, it is an exciting picture in which many surprises await us. In many ways, it is this struggle that will define the future – post-capitalist and in general.
„President Xi’s visit to Moscow is above all a well-considered symbolic gesture: a country that claims the status of a second global center and, so to speak, receives a mandate from the country of which it is becoming a legal successor, while at the same time naval forces unite around the first center, and the continental powers around the second, hegemony by sea and by land.
That is, the basis for the differentiation of autonomous global subsystems is the transport infrastructure that connects the separate loci of wealth and power.
Involuntarily raises the sacramental question of the prospects of a whale-elephant conflict,” – notes Andrey Ignatiev

You elaborate on what you mean by macrozones and how they might reshape international relations?
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Today, we are delighted to interview two eminent guests who will share their insights on the unfolding confrontation between China and the Western elite. Our first guest is Dr. Andrey Ignatiev, a renowned political analyst and journalist who has extensively studied the history of globalization and international relations. He is also the editor-in-chief of ‘Pogled.Info,’ a leading media outlet in Bulgaria. Our second guest is Mr. Rumen Valov Petkov, a prominent political figure and leader of 11 MIR Lovech, a left-wing political party in Bulgaria. He holds a doctorate in philosophy and has been actively involved in shaping the political landscape of Bulgaria.
Andrey, let’s start with you. Your recent article talks about the current confrontation between China and the Western elite. According to you, it’s an unprecedented phenomenon. Can you explain why it’s so significant?
Andrey Ignatiev: Ah, thank you for having me. I believe this confrontation is unprecedented because for the first time, we’re seeing a non-Western power challenge the capitalist West’s global dominance. Historically, the West has been the sole global player, relying on the geoculture of the Enlightenment. However, with the rise of China, we see a new adversary challenging the status quo. It will define the future, not just of capitalism but also of world politics.
Our second guest, Rumen Valov Petkov, you’ve been an active voice in Bulgarian politics. How do you see the impact of this confrontation on Bulgaria and other European countries?
Rumen Valov Petkov: Thank you for having me. The confrontation between China and the West will have significant implications for European countries like Bulgaria. We must balance our interests and relationships with both sides. The export-oriented nature of our economy makes us vulnerable to disruptions in global supply chains. However, we also need to consider the benefits of engaging with China, such as investments and access to new markets. We must remain independent and pursue our national interests.
Going back to you, Andrey. You mentioned the emergence of macrozones as a result of this confrontation. Can
