What should such a contract contain

First part of the contract:
- identification information of the contracting parties, i.e. you and the real estate agency you work with;
- duration of the contract, with the mention that “any modification of this contract is made only by means of an additional document signed by both parties”.
The second part of the contract:
- the rights and obligations of the parties;

The third part of the contract includes:
