Instead of forecasts and absolute times, tasks are often valued in an agile environment. The advantage is, on the one hand, to get a feeling for the effort and complexity of a to do, on the other hand, during the estimation, the task is discussed and a uniform understanding of all employees in the team is achieved.
In ep. 42 of the Unboxing Agile podcast, I talk to Daniel about agile treasures and what it’s all about. After a short introduction we will use Simon Sinek’s golden circle and find answers to the questions about the “Why” (WHY), the “How” (HOW) and the What (WHAT). As always, there are plenty of practical tips on how planning can be made even better, for example with the “Planning Poker” estimation method.
