Children aged 6 to 12 who have lived in high and very high risk countries will not need a valid PCR test when crossing the border and will not have to be in self-isolation for at least five days before passing the mandatory PCR test after arrival in the Czech Republic.

People who will receive a doctor’s certificate do not have to wear the prescribed respiratory protection for health reasons where it is otherwise mandatory.. They should have it stated in the medical certificate and also it should be stated in their medical records so that it can be checked.

“However, such persons shall be required to wear another respiratory protective device in accordance with this measure as specified in the medical certificate, unless the medical certificate expressly states that the person concerned may not wear any respiratory protective equipment,” the Regulation states. .

Mandatory respirators or equivalent protective equipment continue to remain in the interiors of buildings, in public transport and in other places, as has been the case so far.
