Antibiotics taken in a virus will not allow the body to fight viruses. So the virus lasts longer.

The antibiotic that is taken in a respiratory virus, that is, in an infection with viruses, means to prevent the body from fighting against them. Antibiotics only kill bacteria. Antibiotics do NOT work on cells infected with viruses.

A respiratory virus is not alive. To be infectious, it has to get into our cells. It parasitizes them. And it causes them to become cells that produce other viruses. Now the symptoms appear. This complex process also occurs in common viruses. The antibiotic does not attack viruses.

The virus lasts longer, with more severe symptoms, if we take antibiotics senselessly from the beginning. But the antibiotic, which attacks only bacteria, and not viruses, taken for any common virus is the sure formula for antibiotic resistance.

What does this mean? Psychologist Carmen Chifiriuc explains:

Antibiotic resistant bacteria, once in the gut, carry the information – to the good bacteria we have and cannot live without. This phenomenon occurs because, like all living organisms, bacteria communicate … chemically.

As a result of this communication, there is a risk that antibiotic-resistant species will appear in the gut. This means a weak and very weak defense against all diseases.

Bacteria are living cells. Antibiotics I destroyed it. But if it resists the constant attack of antibiotics and becomes resistant, we have nothing to fight against a common disease. This is the main health problem around the world.
