What happens in the post-credit scenes of Ant-Man 3: Quantumania? —Showland

The new Marvel movie came to inaugurate Phase 5 of the MCU, with not entirely positive reviews from critics and the public. According to the Metacritic.com portal, it only got 48% approval from the press. And on IMDb, audiences rated it 6.6 out of 10. But what about the Ant-Man 3: Quantumania post-credit scene?

The film has two post credit scenes that connect the film with other characters and villains.

In the first post-credit scene, we see various versions of the villain Kang the Conqueror gather together and argue about who destroyed Kang, the Quantum Realm variant they banished, and if this really happened. Finally, we watch as these versions with different identities enlist the help of the rest of the Kang who form a mob, ready to fight.

In the second post credit scene, we see another variant of Kang up on stage giving a dramatic performance in front of an audience. Among the audience are Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Mobius (Owen Wilson), who talk about the villain.

This second post-credit scene of Ant-Man 3: Quantumania leads us to think that we will see Kang again, or one of his variants, in the second season of Loki, which premieres this year on Disney Pluswithin a calendar of several Marvel series, including the expected Secret Invasion.

Ant-Man 3: Quantumania will premiere in the first half of 2023 on Disney Plus.
