What Happens if a Football Player Refuses to Leave the Field After a Red Card?

I’m not a football professional, so I’m wondering what happens or would happen, theoretically only, if a player was unreasonable and refused (eg after an attack or gross negligence) leaving the field after being given a red card?

I know the question may be purely theoretical because I have never seen it happen, but it may have happened before in the long history of football. Like I said, I’m not a football fan and I haven’t seen that many games… There’s nothing that isn’t there…

Well then what do the rules say or what would be the procedure?

Would the police remove him (ie remove him from the field) or stewards from the stadium?

Would your own captain “order” him/her to do that?

Or does the trainer “command” or lead?

In particular, I am thinking of World Cups, European Championships or international international games, and that is how the rules would provide here, ie important games… be different, I thinking, maybe there” on the official shortcut from friends or whatever…

Who can give me answers to my questions here? Please only ask real questions, the question is really meant, I know it’s very unlikely but it could happen because of the player’s feelings.

Or has it ever happened at an international match or international tournament???

Thanks in advance.
