In 2017, Rachel Levesque won the competition: at the time a textile designer, the young woman launched her brand of cake decor and personalized biscuits in 2019, titled Tablets. Ludovic Van Rompu, winner of season 7, gave up his job as a chemistry teacher to devote himself 100% to baking. Today he offers pastry courses and masterclasses through his company Les Ateliers de Ludo. Camille Perrotte, who won season 8 of the show, today makes a living from her passion for pastry by also offering workshops and team building (via her websiteCamEats). Elodie Condemi won season 9 of Best pastry chef, in 2020. Originally the manager of a pizzeria in the East of France, Elodie is today a “culinary expert” and offers masterclasses.
