Libushe Shafrankova received world fame in the 1970s.
In 1973 the film “Three nuts for Cinderella” was released. In Czechoslovakia, the picture was quickly recognized as the best fairy tale of the century. All the attention of the public was attracted by nineteen-year-old Libusha Shafrankova. What status did she not receive from critics and fans: both the best princess and the most beautiful Cinderella. It was expected that the actress would have a world career, because the film was a hit in several countries, including the USSR. But instead, she quickly disappeared from the screens.
As it turned out, the fairy tale brought her not only an important role, but also love. Between Libuse and her partner Pavel Travnicek, lightning literally rained down on the field, because they were so attracted to each other. The actress did not comment on the rumors about their relationship. But Pavel was more frank and in one of the following interviews he admitted a brief secret love affair with Cinderella, which exploded on the set.
But after finishing work on the film, Libushe and Pavel broke up. The actress soon married and gave birth to a son. She focused on the family, occasionally she continued to act, but her new projects with her participation did not receive world fame.
