The situation in the Russian city of Orsk, Orenburg region, is worsening. Another district is under water.
Russian media reports that water continues to arrive at a rapid pace.
“It has reached the 6th micro-district, local residents report. They are being evacuated urgently,” said the propaganda publication RT.
Residents of the 6th district also shared their impressions of the dam breach.
“Our district is everything, experienced,” the woman said.
According to the man, the situation is getting worse and the water is moving further.
“It began to drown at six o’clock. The water began to overflow strongly. That’s all, the water went to six o’clock, even towards five o’clock,” the eyewitness noted.
At the same time, the head of the region, Denys Pasler, said that the current flood is the most abundant in the entire history of observations in the Orenburg region.

On April 5, a dam burst in the Russian city of Orsk, and local authorities began evacuating the population.
On the morning of April 6, it became known that at least two people died as a result of the breach of the dam. Later it became known about the repeated breach of the dam in Orsk, namely in the area of Borysoglibska Street.
The regional government announced that 153 settlements in the Orenburg region were cut off by floodwaters. Due to the flood, more than 4,400 people were evacuated, more than 6,000 residential buildings were flooded.
