Juan Carlos Arce, from the Nicaragua Nunca Más Human Rights Collective, suggests that in the recent history of Latin America there is no precedent of exile like the one that occurred in Nicaragua. This Thursday, 222 opponents were released from prison, expelled from the country and transferred to the United States.
