What do you think is better? Snapchat or Instagram? (Cell phone, life, everyday life)

So I follow z. B. a profile on Instagram. Through the pictures I can see that the person is using Snapchat because they are using those Snapchat filters. However, she has not indicated her name on Snapchat in her profile. I don’t want to ask her either because she doesn’t like me very much. So is there an app or some other way that you might find the Snapchata account through your Instagram profile (app)?
