5.- Exclusive use for home

Fovissste will not grant credit to a house that has the characteristics of a trade, office or any other use that is not to inhabit it.

6.- Away from risk areas

The home must be away from areas that may be a danger such as floods caused by rivers, streams, streams and ravines.

7.- Fovissste does not accept homes listed as historical value
