Revolut Ticket Cancellation Protection is available to all Revolut Plus, Premium and Metal users. Ticket Cancellation Protection provides insurance coverage for event tickets purchased using your Revolut account. Only tickets for events that take place in the country your account is registered in or within Europe are covered.
If you are unable to attend an event due to a sudden and unexpected, covered circumstance (the list of circumstances can be found in the terms and conditions) and you were not aware of this fact at the time of the ticket purchase, you will receive the face value of the ticket (s) that / that you bought, or a maximum of € 1,000 per event, whichever is lower. The maximum amount you can receive over a 12 month period is € 1,000.
The ticket cancellation protection is only for Plus, Premium and Metal users in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia , Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK available.
