Jana Fabiánová and Naďa Urbanková
Popular singer Naďa Urbanková died at the beginning of February at the age of eighty-three. Jana Fabiánová’s daughter announced the sad event on social networks. Even in such a difficult situation, Fabiánová’s father’s not-so-friendly outpouring did not add up.
After Urbanková’s death, Jan Nemejovský made a public appearance. He was silent for a long time and did not draw attention to himself, until now he surprised the public with his claim that his daughter disappeared from his life in a strange way.
Surprising words
Nemejovský and Urbánková married in 1976, the divorce came after only eight years. Their daughter Linda later started using the name Jana Fabiánová. Nemejovský had not seen his daughter since the age of twelve, when the singer went with her to Switzerland with the pediatrician Josef Havík.
“Under the Bolsheviks, there were relatively solid laws regarding children. And they stated that even if the parents are divorced, the other parent must give consent if the first wants to take the child abroad. Naďa took the girl away then, and I didn’t even speak. It wasn’t until a year later that her friends from the interior contacted me and summoned me. They wanted me to additionally sign the consent, which they then backdated,” Nemejovský shocked the public with his statement.
Kidnapping and Doubt
Thanks to the strange abduction, Urbank’s ex-husband admitted strong doubts. “I don’t know if Jana is my daughter. But I definitely believe it,” he told Blesk. He has not been in contact with Fabiánová for over twenty years. “She didn’t call even when Naďa started having major health problems,” he added. Jana has never publicly commented on her father. Even after the shocking statement that Nemejovský gave to Blesk, Fabiánová stubbornly remains silent. Her answer is worth a thousand words. Apparently she doesn’t want anything to do with him anymore.
The five-time Golden Nightingale was married three times in her lifetime. The first husband of the singer was the actor Karel Urbanek, the second father of her daughter Nemejovský. Her last husband was doctor Josef Havlík, with whom she lived together with her daughter in Switzerland.
