The war between Russia and Ukraine is also taking place in cyberspace.

Indeed, the fear of a cyber response is considered by the French government and the cyber defense center of the Ministry of the Interior has been placed on heightened vigilance. This measure remains preventive for the moment because no cyberthreat targeting French organizations has yet been detected, according to ANSSI, the National Agency for the Security of Information Systems, which nevertheless calls for a reinforcement of alertness.
However, it remains important to remain vigilant, according to a study by the consulting firm Wavestone, 30% of French organizations are vulnerable to ransomware. In the Alpes-Maritimes, we note that ¾ of the companies that responded to the survey on the economic consequences of the War in Ukraine on their activities have not implemented specific actions to protect themselves from the risk of cyber-attacks .
