Residence and work visa for others

  • This document enables its holder (over 16 years of age) to reside temporarily in Spain (for a period of more than 90 days) and to carry out a lucrative, labour or professional activity as an employee.

Residence and work visa for research

  • This allows you to reside temporarily in Spain (for a period of more than 90 days) to carry out research projects, within the framework of a hosting agreement signed with a research organisation (a natural or legal person, public or private, with a main or secondary establishment located in Spain, which carries out research and technological development activities and has been authorised to sign hosting agreements).

Residence and self-employment visa

  • This permit enables its holder (over 18 years of age) to reside temporarily in Spain (for a period of more than 90 days) and to carry out a lucrative, work-related or professional activity on a self-employed basis.

Residence and work visa in the framework of transnational provision of services

  • This permit allows its holder (over 16 years of age) to reside temporarily in Spain (for a period of more than 90 days) and to carry out a lucrative, labour or professional activity, within the framework of a transnational provision of services to a company established in a State that does not belong to the European Union or the European Economic Area.
