KYIV, UKRAINE (Aftenposten): As Putin bombs Kiev until sunset, the people are taking action to help each other. At the same time, plans are being made to take them to safer places.
27-year-old Anton Muratov woke up Monday morning to the sound of explosions in Kiev. Later in the day, he did something a little unusual:
He put on his fur coat and found his father’s generator. Then he headed to one of the most famous areas of Kiev. There he put the generator in the middle of the square and shouted:
