The Spanish Super Cup is a lucrative venture for all four teams participating this year, with Barcelona, Real Madrid, Valencia and Real Betis playing in this edition thanks to their league and cup performances.
What are the prize money for the Spanish Super Cup 2023?
According to the newspaper “Marca”, Barcelona and Real Madrid receive basic amounts of 2.8 million euros, while Valencia receives 1.7 million euros and Real Betis receives 750 thousand euros.
There is also €1m for runners-up and €2m for the champion, meaning that if Barcelona or Real Madrid win the league, the champions will receive €4.8m.

For the past two years, the tournament has been held in Saudi Arabia, with the country contributing funds to host the event.
The newspaper revealed that Spanish football earned 40 million euros (35 million pounds, or $43 million) from this tournament.

Real Madrid will play Valencia today, Wednesday, Barcelona and Real Betis will play tomorrow, Thursday, and the winner will be next Sunday.
