According to the statement made by WhatsApp, as of today, users with devices with iOS 9, Android 4.0.3 or lower will not be able to benefit from the update of the messaging platform.
There are currently 2 billion WhatsApp users worldwide. When the update ends on November 1, 53 Android models and iPhone models will lose access to the app.
