Director Robin Pront (‘D’Ardennes’) started shooting his highly anticipated film again today after production was halted for a year. “When I was 12, I stole the Zillion key ring from my older brothers,” says Matteo Simoni, who portrays Dennis Black Magic. “I couldn’t get any closer than that to the dance temple and their hallucinatory stories. Thanks to Robin Pront, the hottest club in the country rises from its ashes for a while. And I get to dwell in it… as porn king. It doesn’t get any better!”

The cast of ‘Zillion’ still looks the same: Matteo Simoni, Charlotte Timmers, Barbara Sarafian, Geert Van Rampelberg, Dirk Roofthooft, Frank Vercruysse and Jonas Vermeulen are still the common thread in the crime story about the rise and fall of the Antwerp mega discotheque and dance hall Zillion and its flamboyant owner Frank Verstraeten. “The desire to make a fantastic film is all the greater and the extra time made the scenario even more exciting,” says Jonas Vermeulen. He takes on the role of Frank Verstraeten.
