I’m looking for a nice, reliable and tidy subtenant who is a non-smoker and who works.
I rent a partially furnished room with a balcony in a 3-room apartment. The kitchen and bathroom can be shared. The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and a kettle. The room is only equipped with a wardrobe and a floor lamp.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, a 5-minute walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the tram. The bus leaves here immediately; Indoor swimming pool, market square and the pedestrian zone are around the corner.
The rent for the room includes electricity, water, heating, GEZ and internet.
A pay slip and ID are required for submission.
