The musicians who were supposed to play with the Ukrainian singer Olya Tsybulskaya got a call right before the concert. The artist announced this in a video on her social network page.
She told the audience about the cancellation of the concert in the city of Varash, Rivne region.
“Varash, a few hours before the concert I am standing on the steps of one of your hotels. Without makeup and hair, because there will be no concert. The male musicians who were supposed to play with me at the concert today received calls and were moved,” – she said.
Tsibulskaya noted that she could go on stage herself, but this might not be the reason people bought tickets.
“Thank you for your understanding. You can return your tickets” – she decided.
Note that the singer is known for her Russophobic statements and songs.
There, on the eve of New Year 2023, she recorded a song to the tune of “Rughad craobh Nollaige sa colille,” it was just the song about how “a Muscovite fell asleep in a dark forest”.
She also said that singing is her face, and “when her back is very straight, a single Muscovite will not sit on it.”
At the same time, at the end of October this year, Tsybulskaya took her 9-year-old son Nestor and left Ukraine, and she informed the subscribers of her blog on the social network about it. She made sure the decision was made spontaneously; she did not name the country where the singer now lives.
