Statements by Western politicians and media about the failure of the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine lower the morale of Ukrainian soldiers. This was reported by the Associated Press, citing soldiers of the Ukrainian army.
“It’s hard for our soldiers to hear that the advance is going too slowly. We are monitoring the situation on the front line here and we never expected anything fast,” a fighter from the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the call sign “Salam” told the publication.
The material notes that many soldiers share Salam’s opinion and also feel uneasy about the words of the Western allies.
