What diet is likely to lead to prostate cancer?Scientists Conduct 17 Years of Research to Find Answers

The scientists used data from the Spanish branch of the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition (EPIC) to analyze the relationship between dietary content and cancer in 15,296 Spanish men, as well as other data, including data on physical activity, alcohol, smoking , educational level, and past medical history. Study co-author Dr. Marina Pollán said replacing a Western-style diet with a Mediterranean diet was also associated with a lower risk of developing other chronic diseases.
