Pangandaran News, (harapanrakyat.com), – Tourist actors in West Java, held a discussion about tourism, in the Tourist Village, Pangandaran Regency, Thursday (17/6/2021).
The discussion to increase visitors to the Pangandaran tourism object was attended by business participants from various regions in West Java. Also present were the Secretary of the Pangandaran Regency Tourism Office and the Chair of the PHRI.
The head of the organizer, Elin Herlina said, the event was nothing but an exchange of ideas among tourism actors in West Java.
“This is to fill the existing gaps. And later it will be fulfilled for the convenience of visiting tourists,” he told HR Online, Thursday (17/6/2021).
According to him, that Pangandaran Regency is one of the areas that has a very popular tourist attraction for the people of West Java.
“Therefore, there is nothing wrong with exchanging ideas with tourism actors about how good it is to build the tourism sector,” he said.
Furthermore, Elin added, since the Covid-19 pandemic, the Pangandaran tourism object was very strict in implementing health protocol standards.
In addition, he continued, the PHRI Pangandaran Regency also always monitors health protocols, especially at tourist sites.
Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Tourism Office, Wawan Irawan, said that the tourism objects in Pangandaran Regency are not only the sea. However, there are still many other land locations that visitors can enjoy.
“One of them is this Tourist Village,” said Wawan.
While related to the Corona virus outbreak, continued Wawan, the Pangandaran Regency Government together with PHRI and others, have often given appeals.
“So, we also oblige tourism or business actors as well as other tourists to continue to comply with health protocols,” he said.
This, said Wawan, was to avoid the occurrence of a Covid-19 cluster from the tourism sector.
“Alhamdulillah, until now, Pangandaran tourism cluster is still nil. For this reason, the Tourism Office appeals not to be slack in implementing health protocol standards,” he concluded. (Entang/R5/HR-Online)
