West Friesland drug network closed after unwanted postal packages | Inland

In March, the police arrested the first two suspects after they had put three packages of drugs through the letterbox at a house in Grootebroek, which the residents were not waiting for. They alerted the police. When searching the duo’s car, the officers came across drugs, including 750 ecstasy pills, and a notebook with all kinds of notes and telephone numbers.

A few days later, a driver was pulled over in Wervershoof because of his striking driving behavior. The police also found drugs and the same type of notebook with him.

The investigation then started an investigation that eventually led to a 48-year-old woman who was the head of the organization. She directed several people to distribute drugs in West Friesland. A 41-year-old man who presumably acted as one of the couriers was also arrested at her home.
