YOROKO GUIA– The second edition of the West Africa Champions CUP, which serves as a preparation tournament for qualified clubs in the African campaign, started this Monday, August 7 in Yorokoguia in the prefecture of Dubreka, more than 50 KM from Conakry.
As a curtain raiser, the local Syli and AS Mineurs de Sangarédi, which replaced clubs like Casa Sports from Senegal which ultimately did not make the trip, clashed in Yorokoguia. And the largely overhauled Syli Local team lost (0-2) to Sangarédi after a brace from striker Mohamed Camara Figo. Note that the tournament follows its normal course with the other meetings of the day.
