Rumors that Wesley Sneijder and Yolanthe Cabau are dating again have been going on for a while, but the two have said little about a possible reconciliation so far. In conversation with Private tells the former footballer that he doesn’t want to ask her about it either.
“You don’t ask that. At least, I don’t. She knows how I stand,” said Sneijder, who saw his relationship with Cabau fail in 2019. However, the two have never officially divorced and the football analyst has always said he hopes things will work out in the end.
Private publishes photos of Cabau and Sneijder on the Spanish island of Ibiza this week. Sneijder does not want to go into too much detail about the stories that there is a reconciliation. “We’re having a lot of fun. I can’t say much more about it yet. It feels familiar and good. It’s also nice to have Xess Xava (the son of the couple, ed.) there. You can see him enjoying himself as a daddy and mommy are together like now.”
The couple’s relationship ended when it turned out that Sneijder had cheated on several times. To this day he regrets it. “I’ve said it often enough: I made mistakes. I regret that a lot, but you don’t buy much for that. It’s something that eats at me. I want to make up for it.”
