On September 11, the whole world will commemorate a very sad event: the 20 years of the four suicide attacks perpetrated by Al-Qaeda terrorists against the United States which have caused the death of nearly 3,000 people.
On the morning of September 11, 2001, two planes crashed into the two towers of the World Trade Center, symbol of the New York skyline and of American economic power, in the heart of New York. Another aircraft crashes into the Pentagon, the headquarters of the Department of Defense in Washington DC, while a fourth plane crashes in countryside, Pennsylvania, after a fight between its passengers and the terrorists who had taken control.
The whole world watches with amazement, in front of their television set, the collapse of the Twin Towers, the Twin Towers, now replaced by the 9/11 Memorial in honor of the victims.
