Rumors that the rapper’s (‘I’ll Be Missing You’) luxuriously appointed home is officially on the market have been confirmed, according to a report from ‘Page Six’. The Beverly Hills property, which was raided by Homeland Security in March as part of an investigation, is located in the neighborhood of Kylie Jenner’s homes and the infamous Playboy Mansion, among others. A description obtained by the magazine states: “A magnificent cobblestone driveway leads to the completely remodeled property, which features classic European design elements. The property features a luxurious paneled foyer with a curved, light-filled staircase, a large living room, a formal dining room, a wine cellar, an office and a gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.”
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs would make a decent profit
That’s bearable, and Sean ‘Diddy Combs had a great time there for 10 years. There is a state-of-the-art theater with 35 seats and a two-story guest house with a large gym, a recording studio and additional guest rooms. Outside, the new owners can expect “extensive lawns, mature trees and formal gardens” that surround a “resort-like swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, a spa house and an outdoor loggia with a grill, bar and pizza oven.” If he gets the asking price, the rapper would have made a good deal: ten years ago he paid 40 million dollars, around 36 million euros. He can also put the money to good use for his lawyers, because Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is being accused of sexual assault by several women.
