Cologne – The separation took place at the end of 2020. In November, Markus Krampe ended his professional relationship with his most successful artist to date, Michael Wendler. The long-time manager of the Schlager star announced on Instagram. It remains to be seen whether this separation will last, because the two men have broken up three times so far. Markus Krampe takes over the artist management of the well-known pop singer Michelle. The singer has been on the German stages for almost 30 years. In the 90s she had success with her first single “And I want to dance tonight” in the hit parades. In 2001 she even represented Germany with the title “Who Lives in Love” at the ESC in Copenhagen and took eighth place, which is remarkable for Germany. Michelle has three children, including one with the pop singer Matthias Reim.

Markus Krampe and Michelle have known each other for a number of years, but one quality of the manager was particularly decisive for the current collaboration – his perseverance. “He’s the right one for me. That was clear to me at the latest after the whole Wendler story. I’m definitely not an easy artist either. But if someone manages everything as well as Markus Krampe with the Wendler, then that can only be absolutely the right way for me, ”explained the Schlager singer in an interview with Bild-Zeitung.
