MOLDE (VG) (Molde 2–1 Rosenborg) Molde played completely without pressure, while Rosenborg were in dire need of points in their pursuit of the medal. The high-level Moldovans managed it better, obtaining their 14th (!) Consecutive victory in the Eliteserien.

After a week of victory frenzy after securing league gold last weekend, there were probably many wondering which version of the league supreme champion we would see when Rosenborg came to visit us.

But that was certainly not the motivation for Erling Moe’s men in the last week after the prelude to the debate on Rosenborg as an honor guard, which the Trønders had no intention of doing.

– We don’t care about things like that, but it’s always a little good that they are chubby and not us, Moe tells VG, who adds that Molde would stand guard in a reversed situation.

Molde aren’t the only ones who thought Rosenborg should have reversed the guard of denial of honor, including The newspaper of addresses instead of the leader.

The midfielder managed to get away with the yellow card, but perhaps he shouldn’t have been on the pitch when he played with Ola Brynhildsen just two minutes later.

– I think it’s bad, then he has another one after. In my eyes, he is lucky not to be expelled. But it is the judge who judges, and we must respect that. When we don’t have the VAR, there will be more errors. We have to live with it, Rekdal tells VG.

Molde’s number one player took the ball first when RBK goalkeeper André Hansen lined up. With a rather lucky finish from 30 meters, the ball went into an empty net to score 1–0.

Casper Tengstedt thought he had equalized in front of his own fans five minutes before the end, but the Dane was rightly waved offside.
