The Center for Families of the Union of Municipalities of Lower Romagna launches “Well-being a woman”and cycle of meetings and activities dedicated to female well-being during pregnancy and postpartum. The program includes three types of initiatives: walks for new mothers and expectant mothers, yoga during pregnancy and two information meetings on sexual well-being.
Motherhood often reduces the time women can dedicate to their physical and mental well-being, in contrast to the time invested in caring for their newborn. The proposals of this project aim to support new mothers in reclaiming their physicality through simple but engaging experiences, shared with other mothers and professionals.

They will take place in various localities of the Union of Municipalities of Lower Romagna: November 5th in Alfonsine, December 3rd in Bagnacavallo, January 14th in Bagnara di Romagna, February 4th in Cotignola, March 4th in Conselice, April 8th in Cotignola, May 6th in Massa Lombarda and June 10th in Sant’Agata sul Santerno (it already took place in Lugo at the beginning of October).
