Dear partners, it is very important for us to have your updated information. Therefore, we invite you to update your data as indicated below:
1.-Partners who are active officers of the institution:
If you are a welfare member and an active official of the institution, you can update your data by sending the information to the personnel offices in your jurisdiction.
2.- Retired Members:
If you are a welfare member and you are a pensioner, you can update your personal data, be it address, telephone numbers and/or email, etc., through this form:
“Request to Update Passive Member Data”.
Once you complete this application, we would appreciate printing it, scanning it and sending it to our email address [email protected] in order to update your personal data.
