Welcoming EURO4, Mitsubishi FUSO Comes More Tough With 29 New Eco-Friendly Truck Variants

TRIBUNNEWS.COM – PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) as the official agent for the Mitsubishi FUSO brand has launched 29 new truck variants that have implemented the latest EURO4 exhaust emission standards, both in the LDT & MDT class in the Canter & Fighter X unit. The presence of this EURO4 standard truck also accompanied by 3 new truck variants that are not yet available line up previously.

In meeting the latest emission standard regulations from the government, Mitsubishi FUSO through 15 Canter unit variants and 14 EURO4 standardized Fighter X unit variants intends to answer future business challenges that are still able to preserve the environment by helping consumers smooth the process of transitioning from EURO2 to EURO4.

The Mitsubishi FUSO EURO4 product line is also equipped with product improvement which is ready to answer the business needs of consumers through more robust features. Both the Canter and the Fighter X are now equipped with the Common Rail engine which has proven its toughness through use on the Fighter since 2019. With improvements, Common Rail EURO4 is supported with additional hardware. Exhaust Gas Recirculatifrom ten (EGR) Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) Muffler which is capable of producing greater power and torque that can be obtained at low RPM. There is also a Full Air Brake System equipped with ABS in all Fighter X variants to support a safer braking system.

At the launch event which was held on Thursday (24/03/2022), Tribunnews had the opportunity to witness the advantages of the three new variants of the Canter unit, namely the New Canter FE 74 HD which was present for the needs of the company. heavy duty which also prioritizes speed, the New Canter FE 84 SHDX which has a larger cargo volume, and the New Canter FE 84 GS which can meet the logistics needs that require more power.

The three variants also present the advantages of more powerful engine performance, ranging from 108 PS to 150 PS, increased GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight) and ROH (Rear Over Hang) to carry more payloads, as well as adjustments to the Final Gear Ratio for optimal performance. Of course, the three EURO4 standard trucks are also equipped with environmentally friendly vehicle gas emission technology that can reduce NOx emissions (Nitrogen Oxide).
