Merdeka.com – Just counting the days, Eid al-Adha 1441 H will arrive. The spirit of sacrifice continues to be fueled, despite having to go through it in the middle of a pandemic like this. In order to demonstrate its commitment to the community in supporting the spirit of qurban simultaneously in various mosques throughout Indonesia, PT. Bintang Toedjoe, through the Bejo Sujamer brand, held simultaneous sacrifices that were held in various mosques in Indonesia.
This step could be carried out, because Bejo Sujamer cooperated with the two largest amil institutions in Indonesia, the Institute for Taking Zakat Infaq and Shodaqoh Nahdlatul Ulama (NU CARE-LAZISNU) and the Amil Azis Zakat and Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah Institutions (LAZISMU).
Interestingly, this movement is in line with the ongoing campaign “The Red White and White Milk Has Healthy Indonesia”. Bejo Sujamer also carries the theme “Red Blood, White Heart, Let’s Go Sacrifice” on Eid al-Adha 1441 H.

Responding to this, the President Director of PT. Toedjoe star Simon Jonatan revealed that this step is a way to get closer to Indonesian consumers who are predominantly Muslim.

Simon also ensured that his party would process sacrifices in accordance with Islamic law, including ensuring the protection of the safety and quality of products from Bejo Sujamer.

As with Bejo Sujamer, we guarantee the safety and quality of its products because the entire production process uses ingredients that are safe, halal and of high quality for consumption. Also attending the event were Muhammadiyah PP Chairperson Haedar Nashir and PBNU Chairperson Said Agil Siradj. The event which was held through the ZOOM online application was also attended by PP Muhammadiyah Secretary General Dr. H. Abdul Mu’ti, Chairperson of NU CARE – LAZISNU Achmad Sudrajat, Head of Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital, dr. Metta Desvini Primadona Siregar, Sp KJ, Chair of the PBNU COVID-19 Task Force Makky Zam Zami Manarul Hidayat, and Toedjoe Bintang Marketing and Sales Director Fanny Kurniati.
Bejo Sujamer hopes that this activity can inspire Indonesian people to live the spirit of qurban, and work together to give their best to others.
