Welcome to the first Android with Lightning connector from Apple

In November last year, we introduced you informed about the fact that DIY Ken Pillonel made an iPhone X (a relatively old model) with a USB-C connector. He then threw it on eBay and may not have believed that he would auction in the finals for an amount approaching two million crowns. Now he has come up with an equally ambitious idea – to create an Android phone with a Lightning connector, which apple phones have had since the days of the iPhone 5.

Galaxy A51 with Lightning connector

Specifically, it is a telephone Samsung Galaxy A51which has a factory default USB-C 2.0 port. However, Ken got the idea to add a Lightning connector to it. On your YouTube channels so far he has published a one – minute sample describing that in addition to charging, data transfer also works. At the moment, he is probably editing the entire video for us, describing how he achieved the result.

It doesn’t make much sense, but it certainly can’t be denied that it’s not easy.

Would you like a phone with a Lightning connector?
