Floyd Mayweather’s house is for sale. But it’s not cheap…
Even Michael Jordan didn’t ask that much for his house. And His Airness will have spent twelve years, before managing to sell it this September. Floyd Mayweather is even greedier, with his home located in Beverly Hills. The retiree from the boxing rings (who, however, never says no to a lucrative exhibition) hopes to make 48 million dollars (43 M€), or still 22.5 million dollars more, than he has paid to buy it.
More than €40 million for a house purchased almost half as much
It was in 2017 and guess what, the guy who calls himself “Money” bought it… in cash. Between marble and noble woodwork, the house is exceptional. It has six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. There is a guest house next door to accommodate more guests, plus an outbuilding for staff. Among the many amenities include the huge library, the cocktail bar, the wine cellar under glass, the gym, the cinema, and a garage for four vehicles.
Floyd Mayweather has other luxury residences he owns
The house is more than a thousand square meters and extends over twice the size of land. Outside there is a large swimming pool with spa, set on a terrace facing the California sun. If Floyd Mayweather seeks to part with it, it may be because he has other properties; one in Las Vegas and the other is a complex, on the east side, which he acquired in Miami Beach in 2028, for an amount of 18 million dollars.
