The IT service company Ecotech IT Solutions, which belongs to the automation specialist Weiss GmbH, now also has a permanent location in Germany in addition to its previous locations in India and the USA. As Ecotech IT Solutions GmbH, the company will also be able to offer its services to its customers from Germany in the future.
The entry in the commercial register took place at the beginning of October 2024. Since then, Ecotech IT Solutions GmbH, based in Buchen im Odenwald, has been part of Weiss World.

“With a German company, we are making it easier for interested parties and customers to access Ecotech’s extensive services. We open up potential for both ourselves and our customers. At the same time, we can work more on synergies in terms of digitalization,” says Ingo Nenninger, CFO/COO of Weiss and Managing Director of Ecotech IT Solutions GmbH.
Weiss, manufacturer of automation solutions such as linear transfer systems and rotary indexing tables, acquired the IT company Ecotech from Pune, India, in 2022. The background was the progressive digitalization of the product portfolio and Weiss’s future plans to become a software-driven company.
Tailored SAP, RPA, AI and IoT based software systems
Ecotech complements Weiss’ know-how in the areas of application IT, IoT and other fields of digitalization of corporate and product IT. By entering the German market, the Weiss group of companies is now positioning itself more strongly towards its customers and gaining a competitive advantage.
Ecotech was founded in 2000 and specializes in the design, development and support of various IT solutions for different industries and company sizes. European customers have been part of our customer base since 2001. Ecotech has also been serving customers from the USA since 2004. Today, Ecotech not only develops customized web and mobility applications, but also supports its customers worldwide in developing customized SAP ERP, RPA, AI and IoT-based software systems.
