In recent years, investor Odd Johnny “OJ” Winge (46) has built a magnificent villa in Bygdøy. Previously Finansavisen he wrote that he faces a gigantic tax on the house since he owns it through his Illuminati company.
In early November, however, it became clear that Winge had registered a new residential address in Lugano in Switzerland, and now the investor has sold the magnificent villa for NOK 100 million. The sale was registered on November 10th.
The purchaser of the property is Tove Fagerdal.
Winge originally bought three plots of land in PT Mallings vei at a price of NOK 119 million through his Illuminati company. If Winge were to buy the plots privately, he would have to take Illuminati dividends of around NOK 170 million, pay dividend tax of around NOK 50 million and then buy the properties for NOK 120 million.

Winge’s longtime partner Fredrik Halvorsen also relocated to Lugano in Switzerland.
Winge and Halvorsen made their first successful investment when they built Tandberg, which was sold to US computer giant Cisco. Later, they each earned a billion kronor when video conferencing company Acano was sold to the same IT giant.
According to income tax figures for 2020, he had assets of NOK 440 million, income of NOK 89 million, and tax bill of NOK 32 million. Comparison data for last year is not yet clear. Since 2008, it has paid just over NOK 190 million in taxes.
Most of Winge’s assets are in Ubon Partners Holding, which it co-owns with Fredrik Halvorsen. Earlier this year, the duo transferred a billion crowns from their joint investment company to the holding company, which meant that the capital was practically depleted.
